Naukri is only a platform which is helping you to get a lot of course providers at a single place. There are a lot of certificate providers who are offering different courses. So I would suggest you to see the course provider who is offer that particular course and then research about their brand value.
As far as I am concerned, the course providers listed on Naukri are well known in the industry. So, you can get yourself enrolled.

Even the short term certificate courses in India are last from 3 to 6 months. It will be difficult for you to find courses lasting for just two weeks. You may find online programs, which you can pursue from your home computer as per your convenience. You will find some information on the internet regarding this.

Hi Titir,
Becoming a Voice and Accent trainer is not a walk in the park as many believe. It takes perfecting not only your own accent but tuning your ears to catch errors in another individuals accent thereby being able to train them. Merely speaking in a western accent will not make you a trainer, it may help you with a job in the media.
