Placements of B.Tech in CSE from CGC Landran are very good. Being a final year CSE student here in Landran Campus, I will recommend you to join this campus if you're junior. Almost everyone get placed at the end of the final year.

Dear, there are certain colleges or universities like Jaypee University, LPU, Galgotia, Anand ICE Jaipur etc which are good for ME. In this sequence I suggest you that Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur is better in ME for providing conceptual education in minimum cost form other institutions and has following aspects:

Don't worry if you have reappeared in B.Pharma, you need to fill up a re-evaluation form if you are confident about your exam that you had an attempt. Sometimes, the university should clear the exam, otherwise, you need to fill up a reappear form and you have to prepare for the exam again and get a chance to attempt next semester.
