Yes, you can get a refund of hostel and semester fees, but it depends on the policies of Lovely Professional University and the timing of your withdrawal.
If you cancel your admission before the course starts, you usually get a higher refund after minimal deductions. Once classes begin, the refund amount decreases as per UGC guidelines, and after a certain period, refunds may not be applicable. Hostel fee refunds also depend on whether the room was occupied.
You should submit a formal withdrawal request and check the official refund policy or contact the admission office for exact details.

Chandigarh University is delighted to admit and award scholarships up to 100% to CLAT 2026 qualified, as well as to the non-CLAT students for all its law programs and CUCET is the main, favorable test for entrance and scholarship to any law program. For Law Programs At CU: Direct admission isn't offered The direct admission for our Law Programs is through CUCET (Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test). Minimum of 50% aggregate (45% in case of reserved categories) in 12th standard for integrated law programs like BA LLB (Hons.), BBA LLB (Hons.), BCom LLB (Hons.). The admission for Law courses in CU is a smooth sailing, transparent and easy one - it's as simple as Register for CUCET, qualify it, and get into counseling.
