Whenever students think about engineering, they always ask about placements. Computer Science placements have been quite impressive in Chandigarh University. The recent drive included participation by over 240 multinational companies coming to the campus. Names like Microsoft, IBM, HP, SAP Labs, and Wipro, as well as Capgemini and Flipkart, were present. Yes CUCET is compulsory for getting admissions into the BCA courses at Chandigarh University. The CUCET exam is conducted twice every year. Candidates who wish to get admission into the CUCET entrance exam are required to visit the official website of CHandigarh University and fill in the application form for their chosen course.

In NIRF 2025, Chandigarh University I sshowing a strong position. It is ranked 32 overall in India and 19 among universities. In private universityies of India, it is at 8. In North India private list, it is on number 1 also in punjab private list it is number 1. For any student, such ranking becomes a clear picture. You can definitely trust Chandigarh University's NIRF rank for Architecture if you are thinking of taking admission in this university… In the NIRF 2025 rankings, CU got the 14th position in India, showing national-level recognition. Among private universities, the university is ranked 2nd in India and the No. 1 private architecture institute in Punjab and North India. This is the youngest university to get so much recognition. Chandigarh University has made steady progress in NIRF 2025. It is ranked 19 among universities, better than 20 last year. In the overall list, it is 32, same as before. The subject results show positive moves. Engineering went up to 31 from 32. Management improved to 32 from 36. Pharmacy made a good jump from 20 to 15. Architecture is now 14, almost same as 13 last year. The biggest highlight is the research ranking, where the university entered for the first time and scored 34 at national level.
