In my view, Chandigarh University is quite promising for an M.E. degree because of its interdisciplinary approach. The eligibility criteria for admission in LLB programme at Chandigarh university is very simple and easy. The eligibility criteria is 10+2 with atleast 55% marks in any stream conducted by  a recognised board/ university/ council in the aggregate and it is also mandatory for the students to give CUCET ( Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test), this is mandatory for admission in LLB and students can also get multiple scholarships. By scoring well in CUCET, students can get upto 100% scholarships.  The university gives Rs 210 crores worth of scholarships, helping students a lot.  To keep the scholarship, student need to maintain a CGPA of 7.5, which motivates them to study well.
