Hello,
SSN College of Engineering is one of the reputed colleges under Anna University.
The cut off varies based on the caste as there are reservations in the TNEA counseling.
If you belong to general category, then the cut off would be above 197 and if you belong to BC, it will be around 194 or so.
If you mention your caste then I may tell the required cut off marks.

Dear Vatsal, Singapore has a very good chemical engineering industry and one of the best countries after China, UK, and Australia. Can't say much about the opportunities here since obtaining a job as a foreigner will be difficult though it is one of the most popular countries for Indians to enhance their career. You must speak with your university first about career assistance, global assignments, opportunities, work permits, etc. if you want to work there.

Hello Raju,
Chemical engineering is one of the core branches of engineering and many of the colleges do offer a degree program.
You may appear for the following exams which are the top as well as competitive exams to give an opportunity for getting a seat at the top colleges:
1) JEE Mains and Advanced
2) BITSAT
3) VITEEE
4) SRM JEE
5) MUOET
JEE Mains scores are widely used by many of the colleges for admission. So other than NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, you can get a good college if your score is high.

Hello Saurabh,
Always remember 'Where there is will, there is a way'. Normally speaking, what you said is correct but it's not absolute. Hence I would advise you to go to the specialist agency dealing in sending students abroad. They will tell you different nuances and guide properly.
