Hello Ashwani,
VIT, Pune as well as Sanghavi, both have good name but there is one more very well-known college for chemical engineering in Maharashtra other than ICT and it is LIT in Nagpur. Try for this.

So it is advisable for you to keep trying contact private colleges/university for direct admission on basis of 12 score.
