Yes, you can get admission for civil engineering at Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering. because the previous year's cut-off for civil engineering courses was 44376 (the opening cutoff rank) for the OBC category.

It is the second government college in Assam and was ranked among the top 100 engineering colleges in India by Dalal Street Investment Journal in 2010 on the day of its Golden Jubilee.
It undertakes admissions to a four-year BTech program through the Assam Combined Entrance Examination (ACEE), the results of which were released in August.
The Assam CEE 2022 cutoff is the minimum number of marks required for admission to the BTech program, and the college is yet to release the cutoff for BTech admission sessions 2022-23 on its official website.
