Hello Adarsh, You can do B.Tech in Civil Engineering even after completing your graduation. After B.Tech you can prepare for GATE. After Qualifying for GATE you will get Admission to Top IITs/NITs for M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Hi. Yes, you can go for B.Tech after 3 years of gap. You might be asked to give gap Certificate to the college you choose. So, it will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and which provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding industrial exposure and professional enhancement training. You have to start from B.Tech 1st year.
