Hi Pankaj, Eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Horticulture is that candidate must be pass with 60% aggregate marks in B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Sc. (Agriculture) (Hons. ). Or B.Sc. (Horticulture) or B.Sc. (Biotechnology) (Hons. ). (4 years) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. I am afraid that you won't be able to change your stream and you may not be able to take admission in M.Sc. The flight attendant or Cabin Crew courses eligibility is 12th in most of the Institute. The student must be fluent in English, Hindi and any of the foreign language. The minimum height requirements for asked courses are 171 CM (Appx. 5 feet and 6 inches). The cabin crew course is provided only to students who are 18 years and above. The student must be fluent in English, Hindi and any of the foreign language. So from above you are not eligible for the asked course.

According to UGC norms, the stipend is given to every student who has QUALIFIED Gate exam irrespective of from where you are pursuing it -IIT, NIT, Govt, Non-govt, semi-govt college, etc- doesn't matter. If you are gate qualified, you are eligible for stipend from every college having M.TECH course. So you will get the stipend.

You can also have a look at IILM University, Gurugram. There are many good universities that provide B. Des in fashion, Interior, and Product design, and more. To name a few:
