In Lovely professional university a student can apply for admission based on clearing the eligibility criteria. For admission in B.Tech. Lateral entry programme a student should have passed with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) [3 years after 10th or 2 years. After 10+2 (Non-Medical)] or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent. Also, LPU has already relaxed their eligibility norms due to Covid-19 scenario. For majority of the programmes, LPU NEST serves the scholarship purpose. B.Tech lateral entry is also one of those. Based on your estimation of 65-67 percentage I would like to say that LPU offers scholarship on minimum slab of 70 percentage. In case you would like to appear for the Scholarship Exam you may appear after completion of your admission procedure also. In Shri Bhagubhai Maftalal College eligibility criteria is
(1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate.-
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed SSC or its equivalent examination from recognized institution with at least 35% aggregate
marks.
(iii) Candidates who have passed Maths/ Mathematics (code 71 for Maharashtra State Board) and Science
& Technology (code 72 for Maharashtra State Board) are only eligible for admission.
(2) All India Candidature Candidates/ Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates/
Government of India Nominee Candidates.-
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed SSC or its equivalent examination from recognized institution with at least 35% aggregate
marks.
(iii) Candidates who have passed Maths/ Mathematics (code 71 for Maharashtra State Board) and Science
& Technology (code 72 for Maharashtra State Board) are only eligible for admission.
(3) Minority Candidates.-
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed SSC or its equivalent examination from recognized institution with at least 35% aggregate
marks.
