Both civil engineering and architecture involves designing and planning structure. The architect will intimate and create the design including the shape, colour and space of the development work, and then civil engineers will analyze it to find ways to make the construction design possible by finding suitable things.

Also, above 8 LPA package in civil branch is very tough. If you have a GPA of 10 also then also it will not guarantee that you will get such packages. These packages are basically given to circuit branches. On an average, 3.5-4 LPA is given to civil engineers initially but the package will increase linearly. Yes, GBU takes lateral entry in B.Tech in every stream. However, the candidate should fulfil the eligibility criteria which is 3 years Diploma course or B.Sc. Also, the candidate should have secured a minimum of 45% throughout.

Yes, of course you can do Diploma after class 10th clearing ITI. All colleges doesn't have the age boundary. The minimum criteria for admission in Diploma is 10th or equivalent passed. You can also apply for the government. Colleges of your state. If there is some age limit in government. Institution of your state then you better go for private ones. Good luck.
