Some colleges do have an age limit. You will have to check for that. You can present an affidavit at the time of admission that states the reason for your gap and you will be able to take admission.

Germany and Italy both are very popular study abroad destinations, but each one addresses to a different type of students. Although they do have a few things in common, both Germany and Italy have their own specific elements when it comes to higher education that sets them apart from other study abroad destinations. But Germany is the best choice. Be aware that due to Germany's free-tuition policy in public schools, there is a bigger competition for some of the best and most popular degree programmes; so getting admitted into the best German universities won't be an easy task. If it still is hard to decide, here are some final tips:

I wish to submit a serious thing. One can do a Master's degree in a subject that he has studied in graduation. Apart from MBA or some other courses, it is applicable to all other.
including Geography. I found this at Kurukshetra University.
I guess it's the same at MDU as well. You need to check it out when you approach them for admission.
Regular admissions have already been done. You may find distance education courses.

If you are interested in post graduation then you should for it. But I should warn you that in the civil engineering world, experience counts more than the number of degrees you have. You won't have any special advantage if you have a Master'sb degree. Post-graduation in civil is good if you want to focus on a particular subject. This is just my opinion.

I can't say anything about other countries. But in India, you can try all the IITs and NITs. These are one of the best colleges across the country.

Civil engineering is an evergreen branch. The work for civil engineers will never end as long as there are people who seek shelter and housing. There will be a great competition in the construction world after some years as everyone will aim for the best.

In the private sector, yes it is good as the project manager has the most authority on the project site. The salary is also higher than any other workers or engineers on site. But to get there, you need to start for the start. That is you need to first become a junior site engineer in a company which is very well reputed to have your desired salary then after a sufficient on-site experience you can get to that position.

First of all, if you want to go for MBA after civil engineering then I'll say you should have done BBA. But if you do construction management, you will be limited to only construction business and if you get into engineering itself you can get the post of the project manager which is better than construction manager (no offence).
