Yes, you will get admission in Rizvi College through cap round because your diploma percentage is good.

Depending on the your knowledge and percentage in B.Tech, you get a good job and a good salary of around 1 lakh per month.

Civil engineering is good as it has s a lot of scope and you can get a good job. If you do diploma, B.Tech and then M.Tech, you will be perfectly achieving everything you want.

Mechanical is the best option. You can get jobs easy through mechanical because every machines have more priority now a days so better to choose mechanical and every company whether it may be a construction field or may be other fields out there. A compulsory need for a mechanical student.

These days open universities or universities offering distance learning in engineering, is not legally possible. Hence you will have to seek admission under lateral mode since you are already having Diploma. But I am afraid, it's too late for current year and you will have to wait for next year.

You can if you have no problem in investment. You can apply up to 25 years of age. It varies from college to college.
