For this, you have to give Maharashtra Polytechnic entrance test. You can directly take admission in private colleges but for government colleges, it's mandatory to give the test.

Sorry, but chances are low because the cut-offs are high. There are 60 seats for Diploma in civil engineering. But the competition is too much. You can try for other colleges.

Hello, hope you are doing well. In Indore, you must go for Acropolis - 1 and medicaps and in government college, you must go for SGSITS and IET DAVV (semi government ).

See you are opting for quite an outdated course. The scope and opportunities are very less. Talking about placement, it more or less lacks everywhere in civil branch. After all, you will be hired by a mass recruiter only (most probably). If possible, select a better stream. And if you want civil only, I can say both the institutes are good. Yes, IIEST Shibpur has the oldest civil department, but I can't say about the labs and facilities whether they are latest or not. Having a legacy doesn't imply that it will be good. Hi there,
COMEDK is very costly when compared with KCET (HK reservation) as COMEDK doesn't give any concession in fees to anyone. Also, the fee is minimum 1.2-1.7 lacs for most of the colleges (annually).
