Yes, but for that you have to clear all the FE subjects. That simply means, you have to pass in all the first year subjects.

One may find NITs attractive due to their NIT tag, but frankly speaking, all NITs don't stand up to that reputation. For people who have no or little idea about IIITs, I would like to tell them that the 4 IIITs (Allahabad, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Kancheepuram) are institutes of National Importance, just like any other NIT, and focus on the field of Information Technology exclusively (unlike NITs). Moreover, IIIT Jabalpur has an upper hand over the above NITs as it has a collaboration with universities of Japan. So I would suggest going with the following preference: IIIT Jabalpur, then NIT Jalandhar, then NIT Raipur.

Among the two, NIT-Warangal is better than Silchar for CSE. Hence as per your interest choose the branch which you like the most.

Hello Ayush, It's a very interesting query. I tried but could not locate a college with these two branches only. It seems colleges keep expanding their branches to accommodate change in pattern of preference by students over the years. Of course there are plenty of colleges offer these two branches but all of them have many other branches too.
