Must appear for the CET -2018 or JEE MAIN 2018
Above I mention the eligiblity check, as your pcm score is less so if you have other subject like IT,electrical then in place of chem take other subject marks and check eligiblity . If qualify then you are welcome to ICEM.

I think you will agree with me that you have obtained rank in KEAM which is a bit on the lower side. Hence I am afraid that you may not get government college.
