Open Category PCM- 50%Reserved Category PCM- 45 %
Must appear for the CET -2018 or JEE MAIN 2018
Above I mention the eligiblity check, as your pcm score is less so if you have other subject like IT,electrical then in place of chem take other subject marks and check eligiblity . If qualify then you are welcome to ICEM.

With PCB, you might get admission in B.Tech because maths is compulsory but still, there are some private colleges who give admission. So, search the private college and apply for admission.
Good luck

Hello Ardra,
I think you will agree with me that you have obtained rank in KEAM which is a bit on the lower side. Hence I am afraid that you may not get government college. However to help you, I am attaching a link that will predict college for you. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/keam-college-predictor.

No, with this rank, you will not get lateral entry because lateral entry depends on the number of vacant seats available in the second year. For lateral entry in a government college, your rank should be around 25.

No, the marks of paper 2 can get you a seat for B. Architecture only. For admission in B.Tech (like civil engineering) JEE Paper 1 will be considered. BEST OF LUCK!
