Hi Anti,
The answer will depend on what you want to do. If you have not completed your undergraduate you can consider completing the same through distance learning. Figure out what you want to do first and gain some credentials and qualifications. You may stick to your field or explore other areas of your interest.

You have a very low chance of getting admission into NITs due to your rank. I would recommend you check out other institutions like UPTU etc. Depending on your state and look towards securing an admission there.

There is no such process. If you want to make a career in CSE only then you must opt for B.Tech in CSE. But in post-graduation, if you want to pursue M.Tech in CSE then you have to appear for GATE so that you can get a seat in IIT, IIIT, etc.
Best of luck.

That is true for a person who only has a degree but not the knowledge. If you have the knowledge matching to your degree then you have good career opportunities.

That's true, it all depends on your interest but one should always check the growth with respect to the subject. There has been saturation with respect to CSE but still some exceptions are there. You can opt for electrical or mechanical too which is still growing rapidly.

If your category is general and OBC, don't waste time for IIT or NIT, if you want to drop a year, you can select a state level college.
