You can fill DTU and Jamia's form. But you have to attend 2 classes in a week but it would be better to do regular B.Tech.

I will suggest you Jamia, Thapar, Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College-Ludhiana, HBTU, and IET-Lucknow. I am also doing engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College-Ludhiana.

Yes, you can take. I suggest you to choose Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana as it is the best for civil. They give admission on the basis of percentage.

The cutoff for MHT CET 2018 will be released separately for both all India candidate and Maharashtra candidate. Also, MHT CET cutoff 2018 will be segregated by category and institute.
