Hi Sandesh,
The course choice depends on your own interest. You may do further studies in civil engineering or look for a more specialised course like urban planning, etc. You may do management studies but MBA requires work experience. First decide what to study and look for country options.

If you have scored good marks in JEE Mains then you can get direct admission on the basis of that rank. If you want to take direct admission then all the private colleges do that. You can fill various university forms such as UPTU, PTU, Jamia, AMU, etc.

You need to complete 12th or Diploma for graduating. After that you can pursue B.Tech or any graduation course such as B.Sc.

Distance B.Tech in civil engineering is not good for your career in future because from distance you can't learn design subject without any guidance so it's better to join regular or part time B.Tech.

B.Tech will be the best option. From B.Tech, your graduation will be completed and you can also able to give GATE. JE job is also good but it is difficult to quantify because there is very less vacancy nowadays in the government sector.

For civil engineering, there is no placement in 90% colleges only 3/4 students are placed only.
