Hello Srijita,
It's very good to know your dream of becoming expert in forensic science. However eligibility is 10+2 with science which you must have since you have done engineering. It's a three year B.Sc course. There is no entrance exam and admission is based on marks of 12th.

Yes, after Diploma they may seek for lateral entry test conducted by state boards for admission in B.Tech.

In Canada you have two degrees: M.Eng which is course/ project based and the other one is M.Sc/MS which is thesis based program. If you are interested in research then go for M.Sc/MS.

First of all, you have to decide whether you want to go for Regular or Part-Time programme since you are working for 2 years. So, first make your strong decision. After getting the idea, there are n number of universities who provide you with the degree in M.Tech-Civil Engineering. Now Choice is your's, where you want to pursue it.

Hello Abhi,
It's actually a perception that it's best to do M.Tech in infrastructure rather than pure civil. But, my sincere advise is to don't get swayed by this. You must select that subject in which you have interest and feel comfortable with.
