Eligibility Criteria. 10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry and Maths is mandatory for admission to a course in Civil Engineering. Entrance Exams (IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT etc.) are conducted at both the national and state level. Diploma course for the position of junior engineer can be taken up after Class 10.
Minimum 60 and maximum for good College is 75 above.

No, AICTE has banned any engineering program other than a full time on campus degree program and even if somebody offers such programme it is invalid and unrecognized and most probably a fake one. You may still check for BITS-Pilani work integrated learning programme which is very costly but you may face recognition issue later. If you are a Diploma engineering holder or a 10+2 with physics, chemistry or mathematics, you may still opt for AMIE but that won't be accepted everywhere and one of the toughest exam in the world.

As per your rank of 15125 your chances are nil to get any of the campuses of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University. Your rank should be at least below 6000 to get admission and yes to get a good course as well.
