Scholarships in USA are awarded by the universities on merit-basis strictly. It is hard to say which university will give you one but if you do have an all-rounded profile with excellent academics and impressive extra curricular activities you can be pretty sure of a scholarship.

It is difficult to suggest names as requirements vary from university to university. Getting into top universities like University of Melbourne or Sydney will be very competitive, and tough with so many backlogs. Your GMAT score is also every low. You must write to few universities, and get your profile evaluated. There are plenty of options available, you can visit the Shiksha study abroad section, it may be helpful.
