If you wish to go for a better job opportunities, you must complete B.Tech with regular mode as it will equip you with practical skills and knowledge. You can also be placed well through placement cell in the college.

Take Science in your 11&12 class preapare for entarnce exams like
Opt for science in your 11th and 12th standards and prepare for entrance exams like:
IIT-JEE
State-JEE
NATA
and many more.
Practice craft and sketch, both needs good drawing skills and see the videos related to this field that will help you to know more about this field. Before deciding which college to join see their syllabus structure, infrastructure, teachers and campus.

If you want to apply for government or semi-government jobs, then you have to give GATE exam. Today most of the government or semi government companies are hiring candidates through GATE only. Some companies have vacancies without GATE also.

Yes, you can. As the eligibility for B.Arch is class 12th in any stream with mathematics and minimum 50% marks in aggregate or 3 years Diploma in any engineering stream with minimum 50% marks + for some institutes you need to qualify in architecture aptitude test (NATA/ AIEEE/ SET).

If you stop your B.Tech civil engineering studies in 3rd year, all your efforts till date will go waste. You have an option of continuing your education and completing your B.Tech before seeking alternate career or seek alternate career now. If you share why you do not want to study civil engineering further and what you want to do now, somebody will able to advice you better. You may share further details for advice.

There are less possibilities for the same. To do your Masters in computer engineering, you should have the relevant background. You can write to the universities and get your profile checked. Certain universities will allow you to pursue the program after completion of a number of pre-requisite courses to build your foundation for computer engineering. Apart from this, your intention to study computer engineering must be strong that is why you want to switch from civil to computer engineering must be relevant and practical.
