Depending on the course, St. Xavier's University in Kolkata usually needs applicants to have studied particular disciplines, including mathematics. Undergraduate courses such as the B.Sc. in Economics require mathematics at the 10+2 level. However, mathematics might not be required for other programs, such as BA or B.Com. Since you finished your eleventh and twelfth grades through NIOS, your eligibility would be determined by how well your NIOS curriculum fits their standards. To find out if NIOS credentials are accepted and whether mathematics is required for your chosen degree, it is best to get in touch with the university's admissi

If you are eligible, it may be beneficial to apply for admission to Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (BMCC) under the Jain minority quota. Usually allocated for the students who are the part of the Jain community the Jain minority quota gives them preference over other applicants when it comes to admission. Particularly in competitive courses like Commerce this could improve your chances of getting a place.

Nonetheless you ought to take into account the following elements:
Seat Distribution: Verify how many seats are available under the Jain minority quota.
Cutoff Comparison: General category cutoffs may not be the same as minority

If your college is denying the issuance of your Transfer Certificate (TC) after completing 11th in Maharashtra (HSC board), first check the college's policies to ensure there are no pending dues or obligations. Speak with the Principal or relevant authorities in writing to request the TC. If informal communication doesn't work, submit a formal written application explaining your situation. If the college still refuses, you can escalate the matter to the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) or the local education department. If the issue persists, consider seeking legal advice to understand your

If NLUs are too pricey, then there are a few affordable law colleges in Jammu and Kashmir, the *University of Jammu*, and even nearby government universities like *Delhi University (DU)*. Plan for *CLAT* or state-level exams. Apply for scholarships like *PMSSS (Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme)* for J&K students. You could always do a *3-year LLB* after completing your graduation. This is normally cheaper than an integrated 5-year course. Let me know if you need college list or scholarship application help!

You can repeat if you change your board to  CBSE or other state boards.

I suggest you to move on with your stream and focus on your higher studies rather than changing your stream right now.

To download your Class 11th marksheet a student needs to go through the link of the board that he/she comes under, whether it is CBSE or state board. In the result or marksheet section put your roll no, date of birth and other requirements if needed. Once the verification is successful, your marksheet will appear on the screen and you can take the print out or download that marksheet. In case the above option is not available, you should consult your school in order to be provided with a hard copy of the marksheet. Sometimes the boards offer the option to request the marksheet through mail if you cannot view it from your online account

This is possible but may pose a challenge for you. As different schools have different admission policies, you can check with different schools if they are willing to accept your application or if there's any chance of supplementary exam or reappearing for the same. However, failing in maths may bring difficulty for you while studying PCB .
