If we want that a simple pendulum oscillates with same time period in summer as it did in winter, what changes to the simple pendulum should we do during summer?

In summer, length will increase due to expansion, hence for same time period we have to decrease $l$ in summer.

$I = \frac{m}{4} * \frac{a^{2}}{3} * 2 + \frac{m}{4} * (\frac{a^{2}}{12} + {(\frac{a}{2})}^{2} + a^{2}) * 2$
