You are eligible for seeking in Diploma in Engineering. The Diploma in Engineering is a skill oriented three year programs after 10th class to provide students with industry or job related engineering knowledge, scientific skills, computing & analysis, mathematical techniques, a sound knowledge of English to communicate in the field and ability to apply problem solving techniques. Those who have done 10+2 with PCM can seek lateral entry admission in second year of Diploma in engineering. Student can specialize in the field of mechanical, electrical, electronics, chemical, civil, metallurgy, computer science, etc.
After successful completion of Diploma in Engineering course, students can either continue further Engineering studies by lateral entry admission in second year of B.Tech or take up entry level jbs in engineering organisation. Diploma holders get employment as technicians, technologists, supervisors, superintendents, foremen, machinist, workshop technicians, draughtsman etc. Diploma in Engineering can do AMIE Section A and B to become graduate engineer for career growth.
