The Class 12th Physics pre-board papers are available on many educational sites. The official CBSE website cbse.gov.in has sample papers under the "Examinations" section, which are in the format of the pre-boards.
Then, websites like myCBSEguide and Oswaal Books offer solutions for certain pre-board papers in PDF format, which are more in tune with the latest syllabus. However, schools conduct their internal pre-boards, so you could look for past papers at your school. The local bookstores are selling pre-board question banks published by the likes of Arihant or Together With for Class 12 Physics.

Oxidation state of a particular element depends on the bond/ bonding process in the compound. Actinoids (5f series) have poorly shielded 5f orbitals, which can participate in bonding, while lanthanoids (4f series) have well-shielded 4f orbitals, leading to a stable +3 oxidation state. This is the reason why sctinoids show a greater range of oxidation state. Students can study d and f-block elements using NCERT Solutions provided by our experts.

The d and f block elements of NCERT class 12 chemistry holds significant weightage across all CBSE 10+2 level engineering and medical exams along with board exams. Students can find the weightage of d and f block elements chapter below;
- In CBSE Boards and other state board exams NCERT class 12 ch 4 carries 7-8 marks weightage, frequently questions from this chapter are asked in short and long answer discriptive format. sometimes students can excepts MCQs from this chapter in the board exams.
- In JEE and other state engineering exams,1-2 MCQs are asked from NCERT chemistry ch 4 d and f block elements.
- In NEET, it has been seen that th

Yes you can do your class 12th with the same PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) stream or choose a different stream like PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology.
If your age is within the school's eligibility criteria you can enroll in a school again.
NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling)- This is the best option if you want to study private Institute. NIOS allows you to choose subjects and complete Class 12th without attending regular school.
State Open Boards-many states have their own open schooling options similar to NIOS.

Yes, you can appear for the improvement test of the GSEB board in 2025 if you did badly in your Class 12 exams. The GSEB gives students a chance to regain marks by giving supplementary or compartment exams, which are generally conducted in June and July. You must apply for the improvement exam via your school during the given application period in June 2025. You must also ensure that you qualify, generally by failing in one or two subjects in order to be eligible for the improvement exam.

In order to move forward to study research in quantum mechanics and atomic branches, you must possess a background in Physics. Having an PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) stream, you cannot be made eligible to study undergraduate in Physics, as the latter traditionally demands PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) streams.If one wishes to pursue this field, they can reappear for their 12th boards with PCM or PCMB to be eligible for a Bachelor's degree in Physics. This is the basic knowledge needed to study and research quantum physics.
