Yes you can do your class 12th with the same PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) stream or choose a different stream like PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology.
If your age is within the school's eligibility criteria you can enroll in a school again.
NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling)- This is the best option if you want to study private Institute. NIOS allows you to choose subjects and complete Class 12th without attending regular school.

In order to move forward to study research in quantum mechanics and atomic branches, you must possess a background in Physics. Having an PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) stream, you cannot be made eligible to study undergraduate in Physics, as the latter traditionally demands PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) streams. If one wishes to pursue this field, they can reappear for their 12th boards with PCM or PCMB to be eligible for a Bachelor's degree in Physics. This is the basic knowledge needed to study and research quantum physics.

The cutoff values for B.Pharmacy admission usually stay between 12000 and 16000. Your position at rank 14270 falls within the competitive B.Sc. As the Arts & Humanities stream is mostly preferred by students to pursue a graduate degree course in Archaeology, it is not an essential requirement. Most of the top universities in India do not demand a stream specification in 12th board for taking admission to their BA Archaeology program.
So, to answer your question, yes. You can pursue an undergraduate course in Archaeology after completing your 12th class in Science stream or any stream.
