If you failed to attempt the exam or scored a poor score in the CLAT exam, then still you have the option to follow your goal. There are many good law colleges in India that allow admission without considering the CLAT score. Some of these colleges may have their own basic entrance exam but if you have prepared for CLAT you will crack these entrance exams.
1. Sage University, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
2. JECRC University, Jaipur, Rajasthan
3. Ganpat University, Mehsana, Gujarat
4. Amity University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
5. Dr K. N. Modi University, Newai, Tonk, Rajasthan

The IIM Rohtak extension campus (Gurugram) recently started offering the BBA/LLB programme. Your CLAT rank of 13384 is decent enough to get an interview call from IIM-R for admission to this course. However, admission to this course depends on many factors, including:
1. Your score up to class 12th must be above 60%.
2. Your performance in the online Personal Interview round
3. The number of available seats for CLAT-based admission and the comparative CLAT ranking of applicants.

I hope with less score you mean a score less than 80 but more than 70-75 because if you are pointing towards and even lesser score then your chances of getting an NLU are slim and unlikely. It should be noted that the score are not the basis over which candidates are shortlisted rather it is the merit list that is taken into account directly for shortlisting. There is no fixed trend for the merit list as it keeps changing and varies each year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the CLAT. Though it is preferred to make a strategy keeping in mind the most recent trend of merit list and cutoff rates because in that way y

It is generally the case that fees paid for the counseling process is not refundable. However, the specific policies on fees and refunds may vary depending on the university or educational institution conducting the counseling process. I recommend contacting the university or institution that is conducting the counseling process to ask about their specific policies on fees and refunds. They should be able to provide you with information about whether you would be eligible for a refund in the situation you described.

It is difficult for me to accurately predict your chances of getting into a National Law University (NLU) or a private law college based on the limited information you have provided. Admissions decisions at these institutions are typically based on a variety of factors, including your rank in the Common Law Admission Test CLAT your academic record, scores on standardized tests, and other achievements and characteristics. To determine your chances of getting into a specific law school, it is best to consider all of these factors and compare them to the school's admissions criteria and the profiles of past applicants who were accepted.
