The last date to submit the application form was October 31, 2025. It must be noted that the consortium also opened the application correction window after that. Sometimes the consortium do extend the last date for registration but it is better to fill the form way before and why to wait.

CLAT Exam Fees 

The fees are a major part of the Common Law Admission Test application process. CLAT fees are used to cover the expenses of conducting the exam. The fees are different for each category.

CLAT 2026: Fee Structure for UG/PG

The fees for CLAT UG and PG courses are the same. But it is different for as per applicants’ categories, such as General, OBC, SC, ST, and PwD.

Q:   If I forget my CLAT Login ID or password. How should I fill the application form?
A:

You don't have to worry. In case you have forgotten your ID and password, which is pretty much normal. You can go and click on the forgot password tab in the registration window. You will receive the mail and then you have to reset your password. Once day you will be able to login. 

Q:   Can I fill CLAT Application Form through mobile phone?
A:

See, it doesn't matter that you fill the form through laptop or phone. What matters is you fill the form. Yes, you should have good network connection and internet speed. It should not happen that you have filled the form and when you reach the last step you loose the connection. So what is important is network connection not the phone or laptop to fill the application form. 

Q:   When CLAT Application Correction Window 2026 will open?
A:

The CLAT Application Process ended on October 31, 2025. The Consortium also opened the correction window the very next day. Generally, the CLAT Application Correction Window remains open for two to three days. It must be noted that if you miss this chance to correct the application form, then you won't get any other chance.

CLAT 2026 General Category Fees

For candidates belonging to the General category, the registration fee is relatively higher compared to the reserved categories. 

CLAT 2026 OBC Category Fees

Candidates from the OBC category will have to pay a little bit less fee as compared to the general category. 

CLAT 2026 SC/ST Category Fees

For candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), the registration fees is comparatively too low. This is to ensure no candidate is left behind from appearing in CLAT Exam.

CLAT 2026 PwD Category Fees

The Consortium ensures that Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are also benefitted from the reduced registration fees.

You should understand that once you opt to get out of the counselling process you can not go back. You will get option to either freeze your seat or choose to let it go and participate in next round. You can anytime exit the whole process too.

No you can not get admission to 24 participating NLUs without clearing CLAT Exam. For admission to NLU Delhi, you need to clear AILET Exam.
