Yes, you can get admission in COEP after completing Diploma with 85% marks. The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech. (lateral entry) at COEP is that a candidate must have completed Diploma in Engineering and Technology in relevant stream with a minimum of 45% marks from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or state government approved institution or its equivalent.

Yes, the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) accepts the scorecard of JEE-Main. But the majority of seats are sanctioned for Maharashtra domicile students and are filled through MHT-CET. An additional 25% seats are provided for All India Candidates who are admitted through the JEE-Main score. Apart from UG courses like BTech the College of Engineering Pune also provides a wide range of PG and doctoral courses which have their own specified entrance exams through which students can enroll in the desired course.

COEP Technological University (Formerly known as COEP) mainly intake admission through MHT-CET and the eligibility criteria laid down by MHT-CET for BTech is the candidate should have passed class 12 or SSC or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 45% aggregate.
COEP also inducts students through JEE-Main for which additionally 25% seats are reserved for All India Candidates (apart from Maharashtra domicile candidates) and the there is no minimum percentage in class 12 is required to take JEE-Main entrance exam.

The College of Engineering Pune (COEP) Computer Science department is a huge centre for attraction for candidates who are willing to take admission in College of Engineering, Pune.
