Minimum 10+2 percentage is needed for COEP for asked category is 45%, While for admission you needs to score above 75%. All the best.

It will be much better, if you mention details like branch and your category before asking such question. Also your domicile state also acts as one of the criteria for selection of a candidate for M.Tech courses. As far as I remember there is a reservation of 85% for Maharashtra students.

Yes, by a 90 percentile, you can easily get some of the colleges like COEP and NIT-Nagpur, but you can not get the core branches easily. It will depend on the cut-off rank more. As per if you are interested in VIT you can give separate examination for VIT.

The basic eligibility for this course is to pass in 10+2 with compulsory subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English with a minimum of 50% marks.
