The B.Tech online application form is available for all universities on their web site only. You just need to click open the website and the from the portal only the whole admission process starts. All universities are doing so especially in the wake of the grim situation of the country. Some universities like LPU have also come forward to provide special scholarships to the wards of the front line workers and others who are a part of the grim covid situation. Last year closing rank and GATE score at COEP in M.Tech Structural Engineering for asked category were 268 and 502 respectively. Hence you can assess yourself.

The last year closing rank in asked category was 1036 or GATE score 357 for M.Tech in Signal Processing at COEP. Hence GATE score above 400 can be good for admission here.

Yes you can get. The M.Tech admissions in COEP Pune are based on GATE and Non Gate criterias. The first preference is given to a candidate having the valid GATE score. The departments may specify additional requirements over and above these minimum requirements. All the Non-GATE candidates will have to undergo an entrance test conducted by department in which he/she is applying. Passing in this test will be mandatory for admission.

First, choose a college with care. First selection should be of a good college which is of repute so that it can give the best academic excellence in the form of best faculty who are there to help you.
