Check out the link and compare it to last year's cutoff. Mostly you need to be in Top 100-200 for COEP.

Yes, it is possible that you do B.Tech in some college and M.Tech in some other college for that you have to give the GATE exam. The Maharashtra MTech 2019 cutoff is not yet declared. Generally the cutoff remains more or less same . COEP is a good institute to pursue your MTech and get placed. I hope you got your answer. IF not let me know in comments section. All the best.

This is the eligibility criteria for UG an PG courses provided by COE Pune is admission in B.Tech Degree will be done on the basis of Maharashtra Combined Entrance Test (MH-CET) which will be conducted by the government. If seats remaining vacant will filled through Institute level counseling based on the rank obtained in JEE-Mains. Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech :

The admission process for M.Tech in COEP is no different than that for other colleges.There entire process is similar to the Common Admission Process (CAP) adopted now-a-days for undergraduate admissions in Maharashtra State.
