Do you really believe that you have a chance with just 33% marks? With these marks I am afraid you have less chances to get admission in any government college.

If you are seeking admission after Diploma then you should have first class to get direct second year admission in engineering. After 12th the criteria will depend on your CET score as well as your 12th PCM marks which should be 45%. Out of 200 in CET, your score should be more than 150 to get admission in Mumbai engineering colleges. In other universities you can get admission with 90-100 CET score.

For admission in NIT, you should have a rank within 10000. So, it is not possible.
