Don't worry for UP exam, prepare for other entrance exams. You may try for some good private engineering college's entrance exam.
You can appear for the following exams:
1. JEECE 2017- Jharkhand Engineering Admissions last date 24th April
2. PUCET 2017 Punjab last date 28th April
3. Chitkara University (Chandigarh) Engineering admission 2017 last date 28th April
4. HPCET 2017- Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test last date 29th April
5. LPU NEST 2017 - Lovely Professional University admission last date 30 April
6. Banasthali Vidyapith Admission 2017 - B.Tech and B.Pharm (only for girls) last date 30th April
7. KRLMPCA UGCET 2017

Please go through the eligibility criteria in detail on the website of DTE, Maharashtra. You will know about the categories which are eligible to appear for MHT-CET.
For all India seats, DTE will announce it along with the result the of entrance exam.
