Hello Shyam,
You cannot get the admission in NITs. 75% marks in 10+2 or coming under the top 20 percentile, Computer Science and Engineering cutoff 2019 is 13638 and for Electronics and Communication Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology), it is 20697.

Just keep checking official website of NIT-Patna. Information regarding the admission of new student will be given there as per requirement. By the way, you may have to report at NIT Patna just a day after the end of josaa last round.
