The CIMP PGDM is a 2-year AICTE-accredited programme focused on management skills and leadership.

Placements: Placement is 100%. The highest package was 26.4 Lacs, and the average is 7 Lacs. Top companies were Tata, ICICI, Comfed, etc. Internships are 100% from the college, and the companies for the internship are the same as for placement. Sales executive and wealth manager are some of the roles offered.

Infrastructure: The library has 100,000 books, both soft and hard copies. Classrooms have smart boards. There were two messes in the hostel, and both were good. The canteen is also good; students can read and eat food there. There are badminton, tennis, and volleyball courts for playing.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful to the students. If someone is looking for PGDM, it's best for them. There were six semesters, and exams are conducted at a very good level. The syllabus taught in the college is totally relevant to company ideology.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placement.

Placements: Students start getting offers from the start of the second year. The regular visiting companies are HUL, Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Johnson Cement, Berger Paints, Tata Power, Asian Paints, Tata Advanced Systems, etc. The average package varies from 7-8 LPA. I got a job at Yes Bank. The college has 100% placement from inception. It has both on-campus and off-campus internship programs. The summer internship percentage is 100%, and all students get internships.

Infrastructure: The CIMP library, named LRC, has a huge resource of books from eminent writers and mentors, with separate space for reading and very easy access. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and soundproof, so there is no disturbance. I like the college gym; the equipment is maintained and functional. Since the PGDM is a fully residential program, the hostel rooms are single bedrooms. The food quality is authentic, and there are two mess services on a monthly basis. It is mandatory to stay in the hostel if you are from outside the city, admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. The sports committee is very famous and organizes many sporting events.

Faculty: The faculty members are more approachable for any issue through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. The faculty members are from top-notch institutes like IIMs, IITs, IFMA, FMS, etc. The teaching method is understandable and student-driven. The course curriculum is on par with IIMs, with theories explained through various case studies from Ivy League and Harvard-like world-class institutes. Exams are mostly case studies and hard questions.

Placements: There is 100. Percent placement with prominent recruiters like ITC, HDFC, Amul, I- pac, TASS etc. Last year the average pack was 6 lacs and the highest package was 14 lacs. So, as a whole these things are fulfilling all the parameters necessary to be assumed as up to the mark.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are excellent. Classrooms library, are well-equipped with modern-day necessities. Food quality and varieties are also good. Medical facilities and sports facilities are also good. There is very good facility for both indoor and outdoor sports.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and curriculum was designed well. There is lot to learn and experience various new methodologies of learnings. All the teachers are having excellent backgrounds like IIms. Library is also having Artificial intelligence attributes.

The college has a good reputation for providing 100% placements.

Placements: Almost 80% to 90% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 9.8 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the average salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month. Top recruiting companies of our college are TASS, ICICI Bank, ITC, I-PACK, Amul, HDFC Bank, Asian Paints, Jeevika, etc. Students are offered with roles like an executive manager. Almost 100% of the students got internships from our course in companies like HDFC Bank, Amul, Asian paints, ICICI bank, I-PACK, etc.

Infrastructure: Every room is available with free Wi-Fi for 24x7. There is a world-class library, and classrooms are very good. Food quality is good as compared to other colleges mess. Medical facilities are available here as a doctor is always available on the campus for any concern. For indoor sports like badminton and table tennis, there is a recreation centre in the college, and for outdoor sports like cricket and volleyball, there is a ground on the campus.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching techniques and qualities are up to the mark. The course curriculum is mainly based on the theoretical study because of the lack of industrial exposure. CIM needs to improve its management style of teaching, as there are many rules and regulations which are sometimes burdening to students, and it is difficult to handle those rules.

Best management institute in Bihar, good infrastructure, fine placement but a lot of strictness.

Placements: For my senior batch, out of 75 students 67 got placed. This year we are a batch of 108 students out of which only 25 are yet to be placed. The highest salary offered at our campus is of 15 lacs, the lowest 3.3 lacs and average salary offered is of 5.5 lacs. The top recruiters for our college is TASL, Asian Paints, ITC Ltd. , Colgate, Marico, Amul and Airtel. 100% of my batchmates got internship through our college. The top companies were CCI, Coca Cola, ITC Ltd. , Asian Paints, Amul and RBI.

Infrastructure: The college has all the requirements and meet the standards on all parameters to be defined as a B-School. It has all the facilities like Linrary, Wi-Fi, Access to Prowess database, AC and Smart classrooms. Talking about sports, our college has a badminton court, 2 table tennis boards, a cricket ground and a Volleyball court as well. Though people have an image of college mess food quality to be bad but the quality of food at our mess is quiet par when compared to other colleges mess. There are non AC and AC rooms available at the campus at same cost. The AC rooms have attached toilet but you will have to share the room with one of your colleagues and for the non AC rooms, you will have your own personal space but the toilets are many and you have to share them.

Faculty: There are two streams that are currently being offered by college, i. e. Marketing and Finance. If you go for marketing, the professors are really good. They have in depth knowledge about the subject, but in case of Finance, it lags comparatively. Yes the course curriculum is relevant and it does make the students industry ready but until and unless you make an effort to improve yourself it would be very difficult for you to be placed at a better place.

Other: I chose this course as I wanted to polish my managerial skills. The best thing about this course is that you get to learn how to handle pressure because in campus you will have to deal with Harvard business school cases and there would be a lot of assignments and presentations that would test your time management skill as well. The college management is very strict. They will impose fine whenever you do any kind of mischievous activity. The problem in it is that there isn't any fine structure with which is followed for payment of fine. It solely depends upon the mood of the management whether to impose 1000 rupees as fine for 5000 rupees as fine. Once a boy was charged with 25000 rupees fine just because he didn't had a proper conversation with one of the female mess committee member. Once every year there is a B-fest organised by the B-fest committee members of the college in which students from different colleges participate. DJ night it is organised by the members of cultural committee on the occasion of any cultural event.

Placements: The highest package was INR 7 Lacs and the average was INR 4 Lacs. In terms of placement, 70% of people are satisfied with the placement. All the job profiles are not very attractive. Many companies come for campus selection such as Asian paints, cream Bell and many more.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is mind-blowing. It has world-class architecture. Never let you feel short of any facility. The hostel is also very good. The campus is very well connected with road networks. And located at a short distance from Patna junction railway station.

Faculty: I have a mix of opinions about the faculty member. Some of the faculty are very good and some are not up to the mark. College is very strict about attendance. The course also includes lots of live projects and internships which are compulsory. And also you need to score well in all semester.
