Yes, St Francis Xavier University changes an application fee, however the university has not shared the application fee. the university has mentioned an confirmation cost (international fee) of CAD 2500 (INR 1.6 L) which is required to confirm the seat in the programme at the university. The confirmation fee will be credited as a part of the tuition fee to the students account.
