You have a month left, I don't see any reason why you cannot apply now. Be proactive and finish the application process on time. However, if you feel you can submit a better application if you have more time then apply next time.

The best can differ with the students profile. You have not mentioned your grades for any guidance. But check SPP colleges like Humber, Lambton, Fleming, Sheridan etc. Have you taken IELTS?

Hi Jagsir,
Top-ranked universities in Canada include the University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, Mc Gill University, University of Waterloo, University of Alberta and Concordia University to name a few. You can mention your branch for branch specific popular universities.

Hi Sukhwinder,
With 67% getting into universities like UBC or University of Toronto, etc. will be difficult. Dalhousie University, Simon Fraser, Vancouver Island University, etc. can be some options. You may check the colleges and requirements here:

Chances are good on the basis of your score. They will evaluate your entire academic history from 10th to 12th and performance in mathematics, physics and chemistry. Go through the admission requirement page and the application checklist properly before applying and apply on time for better chances.

M.Sc admissions are very tough, though grade wise you are good to go with your backlogs will not be easily accepted. Also, check with the university if 70% is okay as for few programs more than 75 % is required. Admissions overall will depend on your profile, SOP and recommendation letters.
Good luck.

You can check UBC (it's a top ranked but you should try applying). Also, try University of Waterloo, University of Calgary, Victoria, University of Ottawa, Carleton and Simon Fraser.

Your CGPA is on the lower side and will be difficult for any MS course, M.Eng is anyway a tough program. You can apply with a good SOP and LORs or perhaps apply after gaining some work experience and research work.

The University of Alberta offers M.Sc, ME and Ph.D in civil engineering and the requirements may vary for each. You may write to the department and ask for detailed information at:
