Yes, the St. Lawrence College accept duolingo test scores as a part of English language test scores for the admission purpose which vary as per the level of programme and the course type as mentioned in the table below:

Exam

Minimum score for Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma programs

Minimum score for Fast-Track, Graduate Certificate, and Degree programs 
Duolingo

Overall 110 with no sub score less than 85

Overall 120 with no sub score less than 95

However, the duolingo English test scores are not accepted for the admission of International applicants who holds Indian nationality.

Students with higher scores and good academic performance along with other supporting documents and test scores holds the higher chance to be considered for the slection procedure of the college. The cost of a shared bedroom apartment at the University of Alberta over an academic year is around INR 7.8 L. While that of an private apartment is around INR 10 L.  All essential facilities needed to maintain a decent lifestyle are provided along with access to the campus's community wellness facilities such as gyms & swimming pools.

Yes, the Northern College accepts the 5.5 band in one module howebr, the overal IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score required at the college is 6.5 with no band less than 6.0.

The Northern College also accepts other English language test scores other than IELTS including TOEFL ( Test of English as a Foreign Language) with and overall score of 79 in iBT test and 213 in computer based test.

Yes, international students who graduates from the Northern College with diploma, certificate  or degree can apply for the Work Permit which is generally valid for 1 to 3 years, depending on the cours of study under the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) program, with no restrictions on employment type and no job offer requirement.
 
However, the studnets are required to fulfil the work permit conditions of the country to be eligible for the jobs and placement afte rthe graduation in Canada.
