Hello Manisha,
As you are now a graduate you can apply for the postgraduate programme offered by Amity University Raipur i.e., Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication (MA J&MC) a 2-year programme consisting of 4 semesters.
To get an admission in MA J&MC the first thing you have to do is to fill the registration form. You can fill the registration either online or visit a nearest Amity University Information Centre. After you have done the registration, you have to appear for the AMCAT and Interview which will be held at the campus itself. Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Chances for government. The college chances look very slim for General and OBC category.

Hello Vinay,
Brother, I will say Teerthanker Mahavir University, Moradabad is best because I am studying here since last year and I have observed that the university is very good in terms of placement. It has a very good infrastructure. The teachers are well qualified and experienced. Wi-Fi connection is provided in the whole university.

No, B.Ed is available in this college, but not in fine arts. It is the generic B.Ed, which is offered by most of the institutes.
