First, you have to apply to PRSU - MBA Programme then you can update your CMAT Score I would suggest don't wait for the last moment to fill out the application form, anyhow try to fill it out as soon as possible.

It totally up to you, it depends on your plans for higher post graduation studies. If you want to join for MBA as soon as you graduated you can prepare for related entrance exam on final year of your graduation.
If you are planning for a gap/break , you can do after your current graduation course.

The migration certificate is necessary when school students have passed their class 12th exam successfully and he/she needs to get admission to college or university to seek graduation courses.

You do not want to get into a job after your degree? No problem. You can have quite a few good options to go for a higher study after a degree in MA English Literature or a masters in English literature. You can opt to do a Ph.D. in any of the following subjects. There are many other options too.
