You can apply for MBA from FMS based on your CAT score. NMAT score is not accepted by FMS.

Yes, you can get a seat in DTU. As you are from the reserve category, your Mains cut-off score is very low.

Admission in the majority of the programmes offered at colleges affiliated to Delhi University is on the basis of merit wherein the best-of-four percentage is calculated. Here, candidates can select marks scored by them in any four subjects in their Class XII exams and thereafter calculate the aggregate marks/percentage scored by them. After calculating the best of four score, aspirants need to check the cut-off lists released by Delhi University. If they meet the cut-offs released for DU admissions then they are eligible to secure a seat in the course and college of their choice. Aspirants are advised to thoroughly go through the

Getting a University transfer (changing university with a course in continuity) is a difficult and a rare option as compared to the change of colleges under the same University. Definitely the value of such a course is always questionable and may lead to identity issues for the course recognition in the market. Still, I would suggest you to first contact the University where you plan to take the transfer and inquire whether such provisions are available or not based on which you may then decide further.
