For getting computer engineering you should score above 200 atleast in mains and above 95% in boards. The criteria will change next year as board marks will not be considered. For other branches try scoring above 170 in mains and 92% in boards. This will atleast get you into NSIT if you desperately want it.

Basically it depends on your area of interest, if you are going for the M tech from IIT then your future is totally dedicated to the researching aproach and new innovative ideas, on the other side if you completed your MBA from FMS delhi then your career is will be headed by administrative aproach, both are fortune institutes!!!

Getting either of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or even Electrical and Comm Engineering seems difficult. Although you have a slight chance of getting MPAE or Biotechnology. In my opinion you can get better branches at IIIT-D, so you can keep that as an option too.

Hello Shweta,I don't know what is going in empi.I won't comment on whether empi is a good option or not.I just brief u about Asia pacific , Asia pacific is really good college in all terms.Asia pacific is one of the best B-school in north India.,The atmosphere in the college is highly preferable for studies. Well designed classrooms along with computer labs are established to inculcate the studious environment. The campus is captivated with a big library consisting of above 10000 books. Hi Anjum, you can get CS in DTU or in any other college also. The placements in DTU are very good and its better than any NIT but I think that, recently the placement status of NSIT has grown a lot. Therefore I would suggest you to join NSIT. But If for some reason you don't want to join it then join DTU. DTU has a better campus and everything and the placements have been growing fast in recent years. But presently NSIT is better.
