Currently, Leipzig University does not charge tuition fees for a student’s first degree. However, in certain cases, students may be required to pay fees for a second degree or for exceeding the standard period of study by too long. Certain fees are also charged for some special courses and the DSH course. All applicants, including international and doctoral students, need to pay the semester fee before the start of each semester.
