You have a very good profile and the chances are very high. I will also advice you to learn German language. Though, it is not compulsory for MS students, but it is highly recommended. You must also take the IELTS exam. Your internship and project work, reference letters from teachers, statement of interest will be very important. Little tough with 75%, you can try taking the GATE if it helps. Additional research work, publication etc. will also be helpful.

The name of the program is not M.Des though and goes by the names of MS in design and manufacturing, MS in automotive engineering and MS in product design.
