Mechanical engineering itself has so many branches, identify the area of study you enjoy the most. Sort out your career plans. TUM is one of the most selective and I am afraid that 7.5 CGPA is not enough. To be considered for admissions, you must have a strong research profile, publications, patent work, etc. Strong SOP and LORs would be required. Knowledge of German language and perhaps 1 year research oriented work experience will help.
