For NIT Goa M.Tech admission, candidates must have passed graduated from a recognised university with a Bachelor's in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ MSc or equivalent professional degrees (AMIE, etc.) with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale) and 55% aggregate for SC/ST/PWD. For more information related to NIT Goa M.Tech selection criteria, application process, etc., click here.

For the National Institute of Technology Goa BTech admission, candidates are required to pass Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology as an optional subject with a minimum aggregate of 75%. Apart from the minimum eligibility criteria, NIT Goa also considers the JEE Main score to admit students to its BTech course.

NIT Goa offers a four-year full-time BTech course at the undergraduate level. NIT Goa BTech admission is completely entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in the JEE Main entrance exam, followed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling. The JoSAA counselling begins in September. There will be 6 rounds of seat allotment.
